- 2 medium sized Watermelon Radishes
- 1 orange
- Baby Arugula
- Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Avocado
- Sea salt
Ingredients
- 2 medium sized Watermelon Radishes
- 1 orange
- Handful of baby arugula
- Sprinkling of goat cheese
- Avocado (cubed)
- Sea salt
Directions
- Peel and thinly slice the Watermelon Radish, then halve each slice.
- Lay out the radish slices on parchment paper and sprinkle sea salt over to tenderize. Allow to sit for about an hour.
- Prepare the orange by removing the peel and the membrane, and cutting each orange segment into fourths.
- Toss Radish, Orange sections, and Baby Arugula together in a bowl.
- Plate and top with Goat Cheese crumbles and Avocado.
